Lady Be: Fast Forward Classic
Reviving a carbon-born racer into a world-class performance cruiser
with brains, brawn, and beauty.
From Regatta Rocket to Ocean Thoroughbred
Built in 1983 for the Admirals Cup and chartered by Sir Peter Blake, Lady Be is no ordinary hull. Designed by Germán Frers, she was one of the first offshore racing yachts to be constructed with carbon fiber, Kevlar, and epoxy—a radical leap forward at the time. She was a prototype, a rule-breaker, a speed demon with salt in her veins.
Now, four decades on, Lady Be is undergoing a full-tilt transformation—honouring her high-performance DNA while evolving into a bluewater cruiser with global ambitions. This refit isn’t a restoration—it’s a resurrection. Think systems reimagined, comfort without compromise, and speed that still makes your coffee slosh.
